* 10 lb Vienna malt
* 1oz Liberty Pellets (3.0 AAU) 1/2@40min, 10min
* 0.5oz Mt Rainier Hop Pellets (4.7 AAU) @60min
* Saflager S23 Yeast

Procedure

Mash
* 10qt water@180F => 154F for 1hr

Sparge
* 4gal water @170F

Boil
* 60min
