Welcome to the Projects web

my projects

This is the top level page for my projects. I have done my best to provide direct links to the most visited projects here as well as maintain some level of organization. Thanks for stopping by. If you'd like to contact me send an email to cpepe with the domain tearsoffire.org. I'd love to hear about your projects or fun stuff you are working on. If you are short of ideas Amazon has some pretty good project books

electronics

Electronics Projects to learn about my new profession and maybe evne make something useful along the way. This is where most projects begin

green

Green Projects that are environmentally friendly and also fun

science and nature

Science Projects that don't fit into other categories but are sciency in nature

craft

Crafts projects that don't involve electronics

linux

general linux projects that aren't embedded (not embedded? sounds boring)

food

CulinaryProjects will soon be replaced by edibletags (yeah right. come on john - get it going!)

MindfulMoments

This is more of a holding pen for something I'm working on.

Tears of Fire Recommends

Here are some of the media that I enjoy, hopefully you will to. I'd recommend you look at the library for these first but if you insist on buying it feel free to get to amazon through me.

friends blogs

You should check out these sites. These guys put a lot of time and effort into their sites and it shows.
  • Hippygreen - Green Technology and News
  • Nick Ragusa - What nerds do when they are bored. Goombats is one of the coolest geeks I know (not saying much but its something)
  • John Murch - John also runs Hippygreen and like 100 other blogs. Founder of Nomad Thinking and one of the most creative passionate entrepreneurs I know
  • Lumpy Pear - Lumpy Pear is a tight knit group of very talented people with some very interesting projects. Not much is public yet but expect big things. Keep an eye on their view of the world on the LP blog
  • negativeblue.com - Azrael just gets computers in ways that scare normies. I don't understand most of the words that come out of his mouth other than 'scotch'
